A bit about me
Over the last 11 years, I've worked in executive search, the last 6 running my own search firm. In that time, I've sat in more than 10,000 interviews, helped 250 people get hired into six-figure roles, and negotiated more than $30 million in new salaries.
But earlier in 2026, I realised I didn't enjoy helping companies grow anymore. The part I enjoyed most was helping people grow: landing their dream job, or the job that gave them more freedom, more money and more time with their kids.

So I've switched sides. Now my mission is to take everything I learned from the hiring side and use it to help professionals land the role they want, and get paid what they're worth.
