You may use the Service as a guest for limited analysis. To access full reports and history, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the analysis methodology.
  • Use automated tools to submit bulk analyses or scrape results.
  • Share or redistribute analysis reports for commercial purposes without permission.
  • Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the CVs you upload. By uploading a CV, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process the document for the purpose of providing the analysis service.

The analysis methodology, scoring system, feedback framework, and all other aspects of the Service are the intellectual property of Six Figure CV.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our analysis will result in job offers, interviews, or career advancement. Our feedback represents AI-assisted analysis based on executive recruitment methodology and should be considered as guidance, not professional career advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Six Figure CV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
