These Terms explain how you can use Six Figure OS and what you can expect from us. By accessing or using our website, content, tools, or services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Six Figure OS.

1. Who we are

Six Figure OS is operated by MITREC Consulting - FZCO, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", or "our").

2. What Six Figure OS is

Six Figure OS provides:

  • Educational content, including emails, videos, articles, and guides.
  • Career development tools and resources, including the Six Figure CV analysis tool and our diagnostic and OS modules.
  • Paid programs, workshops, and digital products.

Everything we provide is designed to help you improve your career outcomes.

3. Eligibility

Six Figure OS is intended for professionals aged 18 or over. By using the Service you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

4. Accounts

You can use much of Six Figure OS without an account. Some features — such as saving your Six Figure CV reports — create or require an account. Where you have an account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notifying us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Acceptable use

When using Six Figure OS, you agree not to:

  • Provide inaccurate information or upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
  • Copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share our materials without written permission.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our analysis methodology or frameworks.
  • Use automated tools to submit bulk requests, scrape results, or otherwise misuse the platform.
  • Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other security measures, or attempt to access restricted areas.

In short: use it properly, and don't abuse it.

6. No guarantees

We help you improve your chances of getting hired, promoted, and paid more — but we do not guarantee job offers, interviews, promotions, or salary increases. Results depend on your experience, effort, market conditions, and decisions. Any examples or case studies are illustrative, not promises.

7. AI-powered features

Some parts of Six Figure OS use AI tools to generate insights, analyse your inputs (such as CVs and answers), and provide recommendations. These outputs are guidance only. They are not professional, legal, financial, or career advice, and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. You are responsible for how you use any AI-generated output.

8. Payments

If you purchase a program, workshop, or product:

  • You agree to pay the stated price at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by secure third-party providers; we do not store your full card details.
  • Access may be revoked if payment is not completed, is reversed, or is disputed.

9. Refunds

Refund terms will be stated clearly at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise specified, all purchases are final, and we are not obliged to provide refunds for digital products once they have been accessed.

10. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of any CV or content you upload. By uploading it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

All other content within Six Figure OS — including our frameworks and methodologies, scoring systems, feedback frameworks, videos, emails, documents, tools, and branding — is owned by MITREC Consulting - FZCO. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or publicly share it without our written permission.

11. Third-party services

We use third-party platforms to run Six Figure OS (for example, hosting, payments, and email tools). We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues caused by those providers.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that our feedback will result in any particular outcome. Our feedback represents AI-assisted analysis based on executive recruitment methodology and should be treated as guidance, not professional advice.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of income, job opportunities, or business outcomes — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim arose.

14. Service availability & termination

We strive to keep the Service available but may modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time with reasonable notice. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or attempt to copy or exploit our content. You may stop using the Service, or delete your account, at any time.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Six Figure OS after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
